Remove dust and dirt from the lower rail regularly to keep the screen operating smoothly.
Cleaning instructions
1. Remove dust and dirt, then gently wipe both sides with a damp soft cloth or sponge.
2. For heavy dirt, dilute a neutral detergent in warm water and wipe with a soft cloth or sponge.
3. Do not use thinner, benzene, alcohol, abrasive powder, acid or alkaline detergents, as they may cause discolouration or deterioration.
4. Do not use brushes, metal brushes or other abrasive tools, as they may damage the screen and frame or cause scratches.
5. If dust or dirt accumulates on the lower rail, clean it regularly with a vacuum cleaner.
WARRANTY
The product is covered by a two-year manufacturer warranty.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by customer misuse, improper handling or unauthorised modifications.
